Escrow Operating Guide
How Escrow Works
Both parties define terms, the buyer funds through Pi, the seller delivers, and funds are released after acceptance or a dispute decision.
Buyer Flow
The buyer reviews terms, amount, seller identity, and deadline before starting payment inside Pi Browser.
Seller Flow
The seller delivers only after funding is recorded and keeps delivery evidence aligned with the agreed terms.
Release Flow
After delivery is accepted, release runs through the authenticated Pi flow and is recorded in escrow history.
Dispute Flow
When an agreement is not met, a dispute should include escrow ID, evidence, messages, and the requested outcome.
Fees and Safety
Fees should be visible before live actions. Never send wallet recovery phrases or private keys through forms, chat, or tickets.
